I have cleaned, flipped and maintained my own rentals since 2013. I have had a hard time finding professional services to take the time to perform the flip adequately to ensure a great guest experience. Having to go behind them to finish the job correctly, has led me to primarily complete the flips and cleans myself.
As I prepare to move back to my home town of Poulsbo, I look forward to providing a top notch, professional service for other home owners in the area.
In addition to my new endeavor in the flipping world, I will retain my rentals in Florida, and will also be managing a new furnished rental home in Kitsap County.
